 Scallop And Shrimp On Skewers

  • 1/2 pound sea scallops
  • 1/2 pound large raw shrimp -- peeled and
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic -- minced
  • 3 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil -- crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms

 Pat scallops and shrimp dry. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, basil and black pepper to make a marinade. Add shellfish and marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

 Alternate scallops, shrimp and mushrooms on skewers without crowding. Brush with marinade. Broil or grill 4" from heat source for 4 minutes. Turn skewers, brush with marinade and continue to cook about 3 minutes more or until scallops and shrimp are opaque Do not overcook. Serve with rice pilaf, if desired.

Cooking Fast and easy Meal's

Pepper Beef Steak

Though you must marinate the beef in advance prep time is very short and this meal is loved by all in my family. And has very few ingredients.

Ingredients’:

• 1pdPound steak (thinly sliced)

• 1T. Cooking oil

• 3T.lemon juice

• 3/4c.soy sauce

• 2 large bell peppers (sliced]

• 1 large onion (sliced)

• 1 can stewed tomatoes

1. Marinate steak overnight in half soy sauce and 2 table spoon’s of lemon juice.

2. Add oil to medium frying pan or wok; add steak and remaining lemon juice and soy sauce. Cook for 20 to 15 minute’s

3. Add tomato’s

4. Add bell pepper and onion’s and sauté till tender.(try not to over cook onion’s)

Serve over rice and your family will thank you.

With saving time and wanting to serve good hearty meal's that many would love we really want to keep the ingredients simple and basic so with that in mind I am going to start with one of the easiest meal's that can be ready in just thirty minute's. Ingredient's: One pound Shrimp cleaned and peeled One 16 oz bag frozen Vegetable's(you chose which mix you want) Salt to taste 1T. Creol seasoning 1 T. olive oil In large skillet heat oil to med heat add shrinp and saute lightly for about 5 min's add the rest o the ingredeint's and cook till vegetable's are hot try not to over cook them.

Crock Pot Bar-B-Que

Ingredients
  1. 2-6 pd roast or stew meat
  2. 2T. Liquid smoke
  3. 2T.worshishire sauce
  4. 1t.garlic powder
  5. 1t.onion powder
  6. 2c. bar b que sauce
add roast and first five ingredients to slow cooker,allow to cook untill meat is easy to shredd.
shredd beef add bar b que and simmer till you are ready to eat.
